Why even Freeze-Dry Lemonheads?
Why not? Just like the Freeze-Dried Skittles, these POP open (hopefully) in the freeze-drying process but can prove a bit more challenging!
Please note each machine has its own personality and what works for us, may not work the same for you. If you are not getting them to pop open, try fresher products and be sure to heat them till they are soft but not a puddle. You can put them in the oven as well at 200 for maybe 10 min or so. I use a fork to test them out. If the fork sticks, they are ready.
